Hello! Have you tried launching your Railjack post-Rising Tides? Simply go to the Dry Dock and interact with the Reliquary Drive at the back of your Railjack.

I follow, so you're saying that you reached the second door that is wedged with debris, then you summoned your Breacher MOA (Right Button + A) and send it over to the door but it will not detonate after you shot it?
Just confirming that those were the steps you took.
Are you able to provide a video clip or screenshot? That might help in trying to figure out what is happening.
